DAVID STROUD
Mr. Stroud is a founder and serves as a managing partner of ASB Properties.  His real estate career began in 1975 in Seattle, where he worked in the mortgage banking industry.  In two years, at the age of 21, he was managing the largest branch office of Northwest Mortgage and Escrow Corp.  In 1979, Mr. Stroud joined the office of the Neilson Companies in Seattle, raising investment capital for real estate investment acquisitions with a focus on historic building rehabilitation.

In 1983, Mr. Stroud moved to Northern California to assist Partin/Bennett Land Development in raising investment capitol for real estate partnerships, acquiring undeveloped land in the Western United States.   In 1985, he formed Bayside Land and Development Co., to focus on the development of land in Northern California. 

Mr. Stroud began acquiring the first of many properties in West Sacramento in 1987 with the purchase of the land that would become Bridgeway Island in the Southport area.  With the formation of ASB Properties, construction began on the site in 1997 and, in just three years, nearly 1,600 homes were sold in what was the first major new community to be built in the city in over 20 years.

Mr. Stroud has served as president of the West Sacramento Chamber of Commerce, on the Mayor’s Blue Ribbon Task Force for Education and is a founder of the Rising Tide Foundation of West Sacramento, a non-profit entity to assist those in need in the community.

FRANK ANDREWS, JR.
Mr. Andrews began his career in 1965 with Amos & Andrews, a family-owned engineering firm, rising to the position of vice president and superintendent of underground construction. During this time, he began managing his family’s extensive real estate portfolio.   He served as lead project director for the Rancho Solano community in Fairfield.   Mr. Andrews serves as chairman of First Northern Bank and previously served as chairman of the Solano Economic Development Corporation and president of the Solano County Farmlands and Open Space Foundation.
